If we are more concerned about what others need us to be than who we are, and who we need ourselves to be, we are looking for disappointment.That being said, I bet most of us are trying to do just that--fill someone else's needs.
yeah, i've been thinking that this comment is unfair. it's giving words to a worry that i'm struggling with right now. i see my own lostness in my relationships and am trying to find my own truths so that i can in turn continue on.
